VA NICU EI Collaborative
In a statewide improvement program entitled the Virginia Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Early Intervention (EI) Collaborative, Virginia hospitals, New Path, the Infant & Toddler Program of Virginia and Early Intervention are working together to enhance access to care and support services for infant children and their parents and families.
Because of the benefits to early support, the Collaborative is focusing on infants or toddlers who have had a stay in a Virginia hospital and/or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
With our partners, the project team has created a short survey to better understand the parent/family experience related to how information was shared with you about the Infant & Toddler Connection and Early Intervention while in the NICU or hospital.
Your responses are important to us as we identify ways that we can better support you and your family. We want your honest feedback to guide our work. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete and is anonymous unless you request to be contacted.
